NPLA's membership is derived from a broad spectrum of business interests concerned with a variety of product liability issues, including:

• The lawyers who represent these interests.

These representatives have expertise m a wide variety of areas including:

• Production and development;
• Sales and marketing;
• Advertising mid public relations;
• Quality control;
• Legal matters;
• Insurance mid broking mid
• Risk management.

Membership is available to individuals (Individual Membership) and firms, companies or associations (Corporate Membership). A Corporate Member may be represented by an individual nominated by it in this application or otherwise from time to time in writing.
The Annual fee for Individual Membership is $90 and Corporate Membership is $170.
